Email support@que-bank.com with the account email, exam, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Please do not include full card numbers in email.
Eligible review reasons
We review refund requests for duplicate charges, accidental wrong-exam purchases, technical access problems we cannot resolve, unauthorized charges, and other situations required by law or payment-network rules.
Digital content
QueBank sells digital exam-prep access. Once a learner has materially used a paid question bank or add-on pack, refunds may be limited unless there is a technical, billing, legal, or unauthorized-charge issue.
Timing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card-network timing is controlled by the payment provider and card issuer.
