Our position
Buk Capital LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or data brokers on que-bank.com, and we have not done so in the last 12 months. The only third parties that receive your data are the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, who process it on our behalf.
Analytics opt-out
Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner. To opt out, click and choose Decline, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser; we treat a GPC signal as an opt-out automatically and analytics stays off. Declining analytics has no effect on your account or access.
Submit a request
You can still send us a formal opt-out, access, correction or deletion request. Email support@que-bank.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" or use the support form in the app with the "Privacy request" category. We do not require an account to submit an opt-out request. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request for you. Include the agent's contact details and your signed permission (or proof of power of attorney); we may contact you directly to confirm the request before acting on it.
No discrimination
We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
