Information we collect
QueBank collects account information such as email address, selected exam, learner role, access level, quiz progress, question attempts, scores, and support messages you send us. If you buy access, payment details are processed by Stripe; QueBank receives purchase status, customer identifiers, checkout identifiers, amount, currency, and related metadata, not your full card number.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver paid and add-on quiz access, save progress, process purchases, answer support requests, debug errors, prevent abuse, improve content, and understand site performance.
Analytics and service providers
QueBank uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for privacy-friendly traffic and performance measurement, Sentry for error monitoring and masked session replay when configured, and support email tools to respond to requests. QueBank may also use Google Analytics when a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, which can help show traffic sources, pages visited, approximate location, device information, campaign performance, campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters, and plan, course, cart, signup and checkout interaction events, not passwords or full card numbers.
Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate QueBank, process purchases, provide support, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect QueBank and its users. We do not sell learner question-answer history.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information. Some records may need to be retained for security, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
Children
QueBank is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
